*monocouche render-with through colour renders there is no need to paint the render is the finished article.they come in a wide range of different colours and there are many different brands to choose from weber,krend and parex to name a few.mesh can be pressed into the backing coat to reduce cracking. 

*partitioning-walls built from studwork to divide or create rooms then plasterboarded ready for skimming.
